Server log data
When this website is accessed, the web server processes data required for technical delivery. This may include IP address, date and time, requested URL, transferred data volume, referrer, browser type and operating system. The processing supports secure delivery, error analysis and attack prevention.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of this website. Log data is retained only as long as necessary for operation and security analysis.
Contact form and email
When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information provided to answer your inquiry. Required fields are category, name, company, email address, message and consent. A phone number is optional.
Depending on the inquiry, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is deleted when the inquiry is completed unless statutory retention duties apply.
Recipients and external links
Where necessary, data may be processed by contractually bound technical providers supporting hosting, email and operations. Participant data originates from the public KleyReX IXP Manager. Opening an external link — such as IXP Manager, the status page or RIPE — takes you away from this website.
No social media plugins, advertising trackers or analytics services are embedded. Fonts and brand assets are served locally.
Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
